MR. KIRBY: Mr. Speaker, in response to a question in the House a week ago regarding salary details, which the government decided not to make available this year, the Minister of Finance said he would be happy to provide this information when he has it.

Mr. Speaker, yesterday the Premier said the MOU on the fisheries did not address structural problems in the fishery, which is one of the reasons her government rejected it.

In our Budget Estimates meeting this morning we learned that the Harper government has recently cut almost $2 million in funding from this Province’s labour market adjustment program for older workers.
