NDP Leader Lorraine Michael (MHA, Signal Hill – Quidi Vidi) is appalled that the government is dismissing the province’s Public Utilities Board’s report on the feasibility of the Muskrat Falls project – and that it is apparently dismissing the PUB itself.

 

NDP Leader Lorraine Michael (MHA, Signal Hill-Quidi Vidi) demanded today that government halt its rush to develop Muskrat Falls until it has answered important questions raised by the province’s Public Utilities Board.

 

NDP Leader Lorraine Michael (MHA Signal Hill - Quidi Vidi) today delivered a letter to the province’s Public Utility Board (PUB) outlining why she will not be making a presentation to the Board’s Commissioners.

 

NDP Leader Lorraine Michael (MHA, Signal Hill-Quidi Vidi) has called on Premier Kathy Dunderdale to schedule a special session of the House of Assembly to debate the Muskrat Falls development.

 

NDP Leader Lorraine Michael (MHA, Signal Hill-Quidi Vidi) says she is increasingly concerned that the government is proceeding with the Muskrat Falls project despite the growing mountain of unanswered questions.
